of Realtors
RED BANK, New Jersey (April 28, 2008) – The Curchin

CPA, spoke at the Commercial Real Estate Seminar, held by the
Monmouth County Association of Realtors, Inc. (“MCAR”),
on Friday, April 18, 2008 at their headquarters in Tinton Falls,
New Jersey. Serving as part of a panel for the program, “Commercial
Real Estate for Dummies,” Pfister spoke on the “1031
Process,” which allows real estate investors to immediately
invest accumulated property value into another property without
paying capital gains tax in the interim.
Pfister, who serves as Tax Partner for The Curchin Group,
and Co-Partner-in-Charge for the Firm’s tax committee,
has over 25 years in public accounting. He specializes
